Wee Nip of Coffee Spirit

Our ode to our love of delicious coffee! The spirit is apple based and double distilled. During the second distillation the spirit is infused with raw cacao beans to pick up a velvety chocolate texture. The coffee we use is from our local roasters Shuswap Coffee Co. The beans are then made into a 24 hour cold brew then blended with the spirit. We then add a hint of vanilla and brown sugar for the perfect camping spirit.
